You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by the us.
2.Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described
If your item is significantly different from the seller’s product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
3. Return policy
Any product delivered to you that fails to match the seller’s description is eligible for a refund. You can also work out a solution that is agreeable to both you and us.
Products which fall under this return policy can be returned domestically, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. No questions asked!
1) in case that there is warranty policy agreed in sales contract by the buyer and us, warranty policy is subjected to the sales contract;
2) We are not restricted to any undertaking made by our distributor(s);
3) the policy is interpreted by JQ in case that there is query.
When there is necessary for the buyer to return the product for replacement or repair, the buyer pays the return charge, and we pay the delivery charge after replacement/repair.
